I’ve been passionately and professionally engaged in various creative industries for over 20 years.
Through all that time, my core focus has always been service – to clients, to projects, and, most importantly, to the people I’ve had the honor of leading and following.
Leading teams through creative processes, applying scrum and agile development as well as classic project management and strategy, comes as natural for me as coaching young creatives the tools of the trade.
I set high standards for myself and my peers, but my core philosophy is that a happy and communicative team yields the best results.
A leading position calls for a unique constellation of aptitudes and experience, both creative and managerial.
I’ve gained a lot of management experience over the years but never lost my youthful enthusiasm for producing, storytelling, and gaming.
